I would like to compile Android Nougat or Oreo for my x8664 Windows 10 Tablet. It is an 8 inch tablet made by NūVision with an x8664 Intel Atom Processor which also acts as a GPU. Its model is TM800W610L.
It has 64 bit UEFI and a Broadcom WiFi/Bluetooth card. It also has 2 cameras, 2 mics, and 2 speakers. It has 2GB LPDDR3 and 32 GB flash storage.
Finally, it has 1 micro (not mini) HDMI port, 1 micro USB charging/data port, power, and volume buttons, along with a micro SD card reader. I included this very extensive description so as to better help whoever tries to answer my question. I have run Android-x86 on the tablet before, and the following did not work: - HDMI - MicroSD - Cameras - WiFi - Bluetooth - Any Games The folllowing I did not test: - Speakers - Mics The following worked: - Boot - Display - Touchscreen - Volume Buttons - Power Button - Windows Button - Charging - Apps (not Games) I also noticed that the charging indicator light would blink while using Android. If you could fix this, it would be great, but if you can’t, it’s completely okay!
I would like to do this because I hate Windows and love Android. The features that I would like to work are: - Speakers - WiFi - Bluetooth - Games - HDMI - MicroSD Reader I don’t care about: - Cameras - Charging Indicator - Mics My development computer runs ElementOS (basically Ubuntu 16.04 LTS but with a better desktop), but I can install another Linux OS on an empty HDD that I have.
My development computer has an AMD A6-7800K APU installed and 8 GB of DDR3-1866 running at DDR3-2100. The instructions that I need are simply how to compile / where to download a disk image to either put on a USB thumb drive as an installer, or burn directly to the 32 GB flash memory. If I can help you in any way, please comment and I will try to get pack to you as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!
